I love how easy it is to carry it's so light I also love how quiet the keyboard is, this laptop is fast

Upon setup of device, notice is given that updates are no longer available for device. We're not savvy enough to move to CloudReady or another alternative, this purchase was for my kids. Chromebook provides updates for 6.5 years, it would've been nice to know this chromebook was already out of date. This purchase was a waste of my time. Plus the mousepad was not responsive, needed to push more than once to make selections. Yet processing speed & display are fitting for kids, loved the size.

This is a nice little computer for kids in school. Biggest issue is that they don't tell you that it cannot be updated any further so eventually I will have to download other software at some point to get it to work or the kids won't be able to use certain apps. The mouse pad area also has glitches.

The device is too old for OS updates out of the box, so it can't update security or the OS. Why would Best Buy even bother selling this knowing that it's old is beyond Reason. Also, you can't access the Google Play Store. Waste of money. Can't add apps or delete apps and my zoom app does not work on this device.

Got what I paid for, under $100. Solid machine but the track pad is not as responsive as I'd like.

Pros: light weight, excellent for travel. Fast processing. Cons: No capability to have apps. Limited download but I use a. thumbdrive for that.

Purchased these affordable Chromebooks for our grandkids. Had to have my son order one, due to limit of 3 items. I like that the grandkids can access Google accounts, and use for school. If they are a little rough on them they take the pounding. Arrived quickly, picked up at store, added mouse for each and the grandkids love them. Price is good, charge last for little ones all day. I don’t worry about the item, because it is sturdy and reliable. I really like Acer because other brands are easy to remove keys from keyboards. Thanks BB for allowing my money to stretch further. Love the refurbished items.

Computer had scratches and cracks ,after they fixed they covered with a sticker simulating factory surface.The ChromeOs version of it was outdated somehow and wouldn't do the Google play store app option which makes the chromebook more useful for a kid giving you the ability to download games and other apps.I ended up returning the refurbished and getting an open-box and was the best decision ever.I wouldn't buy refurbished if is from a third-party place.

Works fine for my 5th grader. No issues thus far. Only complain is restriction on software download onto the device thus limiting software installation. Accepts softwares from chrome app store.

I like it! It works great with Android phone. Easy to connect.

Works perfectly fine..my daughter love it.. shes using it for online school homework, watching videos and listening music.

This chromebook was priced well and works great. Haven't had any problems!

We purchased this for remote school learning. The Chrome OS is plenty fast and less bloaty than windows 10. It has been working perfect for online learning. It is also great for wtaching videos and playing online games as well. This refurbished model was a perfect compromise and well worth it.

I bought this for my 11 year old. Great deal for a child.

I have to replace my son's HP Chromebook's battery so I have to send to manufacturer to get it done. However, he needs a laptop for school so I had to replace it quick. This was a god send. I don't see any problems, but have to remember to remind the boy not to put a lot on it because it doesn't have a lot of memory.
