Refurbished Skepticism

I was very skeptical buying a refurbished computer and my skepticism was correct. After 12 days windows stopped working and Acer was unable to get it reinstalled. Luckily I was within my 15 days return window so back to Best Buy it went for a full refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This computer is awesome! I use it for photo editing. It handles RAW images great!!!
