I work in retail and I can understand last minute deliveries in the back up in the warehouse however, I sent several emails asking for an update and they weren’t very specific you could tell it was an automated email and then when it finally did get delivered, it is not even the one that I picked out and ordered however, I kept it because of all the trouble that I had just getting it delivered.
