I'm no too good with computers. But this was easy to use.

I purchased this software to back up all my files and photos to an external hard drive. It appears to be working well and I set it up to do a full back up of my system in case of a crash. The program is worth the price

The software was very easy to install and use on my PC.

I am in the cyber security business and as such my computer is pretty much locked down however no security is perfect so I depend on backup/recovery to cover my 6. Acronis is True Image is easy to setup, I don't think about it it just runs in the background and I know if all else fails I will always be able to get my data.

I installed this on one of my computers, registered it, then decided to remove it and install it on a different computer at home. It installed fine on the second computer, but after 30 days said I had it installed on too many machines. I would think that the uninstall process would update the Acronis site as to the number of machines with this license. No such luck. So, I removed it and will do a different type of backup of my base system.

This is a great purchase. It will do back-up, clone drives, and clean drives before disposal. It does exactly what it says it will do and more. Well worth the money.

This seems to work pretty well. There are several backup options so that you can customize the backup, or you can select a default scheme and get the whole pc backed up. I have not had to do a restore, so that would be the ultimate test.

Tool works fine (user interface could be made a bit clearer) but vendor attitude toward licensing proved poor. Vendor was offering a free 2nd license (1 needed/computer) but only if purchased online. This was an impulse purchase at BB with no info on special online offer; vendor did not want to give me a 2nd license until I complained loudly through their customer service. Check online before buying in store.

I had a lot of trouble installing the software. It cloned my HDD easily after the installation completed.

The ability to create a bootable disk was well worth the price. With the disk I was able to upgrade my hard drive quickly and without much risk.

I already have True Image on four of my computers and so I decided to put it on the fifth. The deal I got from a Deal of the Day sale made this a no-brainer.

Being a procrastinator I did not back up in the past. When I almost lost all my photos of my grandson I got this program to back up automatically it's great

very fast, I like setting the number of increments before full backup. haven't tried the restore feature yet.

Looking forward to using the software. Heard good things about it and hope that it does as advertised.

Really simple to use and I feel safe doing my backup as they have countermeasures for ransom ware. Best bang for your buck for sure!

What can I say it did the job I needed it to. Cloned a Hard drive I had so it made moving to an SSD way faster.

Its a good way to backup your computer in the event of a hard drive failure.

Worked great easy to install would recommend to a friend

The software worked out for basic back up applications. Money well spent.
