My husband died one year ago. His only employment his entire adult life was with City Government. As Paymaster he was a supervisor as they transferred the payroll to computerized. We were married nearly 40 years and he programmed, maintained did all the trouble shooting on our own computers. All I ever did was USE THEM and should have been more insistent on him TEACHING me rather than his doing everything for me. Within this year I have purchased a new iPad Pro Max, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iMac 21” Desk Top Computer and other electronics. As a 77 year old Widow I need HELP with all my Computerized Equipment from installations to getting answers to questions. These are matter’s you do not want to share with neighbors or friends for help because it is likely they will be getting to know your private accounts and business. Small items like phones or iPads I get help from the GEEK SQUAD by in-store appointments for installations and walk up for simple questions. The young man who came to my home to install my new iMac Desk Top was courteous, pleasant, and totally knowledgeable. He put me at ease and answered all my questions during a process that took nearly a day to complete. In the store I feel like I am visiting friends when I deal with the GEEK SQUAD. The cost of having access to them has given me confidence in Computerized Purchases. I do not have to become a PRO in my later years, learn the lingo or go to classes. The GEEK SQUAD is there for us and VERY MUCH WORTH THE SMALL INVESTMENT IN THIS SERVICE.

I had the pleasure of having Shannon LaBeach install my new Apple computer. He is the best. His knowledge, patience with a senior citizen and overall work standards are second to none. He answered all questions and concerns and never once made me feel foolish for asking. I would highly recommend him to anyone. You're very lucky to have him as an employee.

The Geek Squad service is worth every penny ! From installation of my new Dell desktop to diagnostics to correct a Google Chrome issue, both Geek agents were quite impressive. Online help is quick, also. I am very happy with the Geek Squad. They are professional, skilled, and very mindful of the pandemic protocols.

The Best Buy Geek Squad had their hands full with transfering data from my old computer to a new one. As a photographer, I had over 40,000 images and almost 2TB of total data! After leaving the old and new computer at the store for about 32 hours it was ready to be picked up. All the data was transfered properly and seamlessly. Thanks geek squad for a job well done!

The agent helped my mom by installing the new computer I purchased for her and connecting it to a printer she got for Christmas. They also transferred the data from her old computer and walked her through logging in, accessing email, and basic navigation. She was delighted. She's 86.

The Geek transferred all my data from the old computer to the new. He represented your company very well. He was pleasant and efficient and knowledgeable. If I had techie grandchildren in the area, I probably wouldn't have to rely on the Geeks, but I don't so I am happy with their help.

Home Agent Bill of Geek Squad downloaded data from my old desktop computer onto my new HP desktop. He included pictures, documents, address books. No complaints; I have found the data so far when looking for it. He set up folders which are easy to find. He answered many questions from me.

I was transferring all of my home and financial records from the computer that had become obsolete and I wanted to maximize the opportunity for success. The Geek Squad member was excellent. And he helped to find and transfer part of the necessary software and stick with it until it was all transferred and set up and operating properly.

Very knowledgeable about computers and printers. He asked questions about how I use my computer and made sure to answer all of my questions. He also instructed me on the printer. He stayed until everything was set up and answered all my questions. He was very patient.

I had accomplished most of what I thought I would need help with, but your tech was able to insure that all was in good order, correct my mistakes, and demonstrate some features of which I was unaware. He was obviously very knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.

We had more data to transfer than he expected but he was able to multitask during downloading and complete a number of related installation tasks and answered lots of our questions and provided easily understandable information to help us complete our program downloading once he was gone.

Tim K also did the data transfer from my old computer to the new HP computer in a very simple and timely manner. also did a great job in unwinding all the wirers from the old computer, as the new computer is an all in one desk top.

My Geek Squad tech transferred all my information from my old and ailing MAC desktop to my new 27" MAC and updated my computer to High Sierra. I'm having a little trouble adjusting to the new operating system and will have the Geek Squad back out. Can't praise the Geek Squad enough. They get it done.

purchased desk rop computer...Sales person very helpful and had great knowledge about the product. Took his time and very friendly. Geek Squad installed the ran program. All went well and we were very happy with the service.

It's great having someone transfer data from an old laptop and know what they are doing! They made sure everything was working and were customer centric in making sure I didn't have any problems.

Seth was excellent. He installed and transferred from my PC to the iMac. The only problem is that the system is so different from the other one that I have a few issues of doing what I used to do in my old PC.

Zack down loaded my information from my P C to my lap top, but now I can't use my year's help because the store is closed. will Best But extend my time , please I purchased a new cell phone also, thank you

Stewart from Geek Squad transferred ALL my data, and there was a lot. I had almost used up all my gigs. So Stewart made sure all of it transferred and I understood how to find everything. Awesome job!!!
