A few months ago we purchased a LOT of new items for our entertainment. We used the Best Buy installation service and were not disappointed. The only thing to remember is that EACH item they connect for you is a charge. I think that there should be some consolidation of charges especially with sound systems that aren't being mounted...it seemed a bit much just to connect each wireless speaker.

After purchasing a new smart TV and WIFI ORBI system I paid extra for GEEK squad installation. They did a great job and everything on my home is now synched, has one password for all and all Tv's, sound system, WIFI system as well as phones and computers work as a whole unit. I recommend that you leave the professional to do the hard work and then sit back and enjoy.

We purchased a complete home entertainment system for the whole house from Best Buy. We are completely satisfied! Everything was installed by the Geek Squad. The system included 2 televisions with surround speaker systems and built in wall speakers plus additional Sonos One speakers for the other rooms of the home integrated together.

They were on time and performed their job very well. They explained all to us and demonstrated the process. They showed us the advantages of the product and also if we wanted to expand the process in the future. The additional speakers and how to set them up and what we would have to do to make it all happen Overall a good experience.

I purchased installation with the Sonos system but the Geek Squad was not available for three weeks. When I got home and attempted to install this myself with a quick call to Sonos the system was installed and working great. I cancelled the Geek Squad.

James has been my lead installer for several things. Home TV, WiFi, and now basement home stereo and DVD system. Every time on schedule and done professionally with great turn around! Make as all the tech stuff seem very simple! Love the service!

For a Non-Audiophile, this is a versatile beginner's Audio component. Bit of a learning curve to consolidate and sort music files, but audio quality is Good to Excellent for My needs. Looking forward to seeing if it will work in my RV.

Geek aquad knows what they are doing, but you need to be specific about services needed. Unfortunately it takes someone with the knowledge of geek squad to tell them what they need in order for the right technician to appear and to avoid a second trip and additional charges.

I was very pleased with the team sent out to my home and the work they did. David and Stormi were very nice and were efficient, getting the job done right the first time and quicker than I expected. Highly recommend!

I am a technically challenged grandmother who purchased several stereo components. Thank goodness for the Geek Squad who had me up and running in no time. No way would I have been able to set up the system myself.

Our installers did a great job of installing our sound bar and sub woofer, and testing them out. They explained the operations clearly and in a concise way...

We recently agreed to participate in a new program that Best Buy is currently testing in 3 metro area markets of Atlanta, Houston, and LA regarding home technology. With this new program, Best Buy sends a knowledgeable tech representative to the home to assess its needs and bring it up to modern day standards. While there were numerous options we could have accessed, we chose to purchase a new router/modem system to have more efficient internet connectivity and we also decided to replace our existing home theater sound system with a new Sonos Soundbar. The Soundbar seemed easy enough to install on our own; however, I must admit I find routers and modems somewhat confusing. Rather than to spend hours trying to figure the installation process out ourselves, we chose to bite the bullet and pay Best Buy for the installation process in our home. The two-man crew that came out did an excellent job. They arrived on time (called to warn us when they were about 1/2 hour out). They had the knowledge and no-how to complete the installation in minimal time. They treated our home with respect, cleaning up after themselves prior to leaving. Since we were partly dealing with internet connectivity, they contacted the internet provider to make sure all changes were done correctly and I only needed to return the provider's router. The young men were personable and professional. I would highly recommend this service and feel it was well worth the charges incurred to have the peace of mind that all systems were working correctly without the headaches of doing it on our own.
