The agent knew how to connect reprogram my older harmony remote. He did it quickly and it worked.

The agent installed my TV & connected it to other devices. It was not compatible to my DVD Player, so he showed me an interface device that I will obtain. The agent also programmed the universal remote control that we purchased & PATIENTLY educated my wife & me on using it -- I emphasize patiently because he truly was patient with us and with our unending questions. The guy did a fabulous job.

The Techs came out and determined that I had reprogrammed my Harmony remote correctly except for a minor issue. They gave me some quick directions and I was able to get it to work. And they did not charge me for the advice.. It took just about 5minutes from the time they walked into my house.

The program guy did a good job explaining what he was doing and was professional. He told me he would come back if problems occurred after he left. .I called 3 times times and left messages, but he never responded. I got a new box from Charter as he recommended, but have to switch to "Input" every time I do certain functions, as he wouldn't answer my voice mail and come back and fix it.I can't switch channels on the second TV without walking up to it and aiming close, which defeats the purpose of paying $100.

The guys got all my devices set up and programmed into the remote to easily operate any feature I want.

The Geek Squad came out, fixed the problems with the TV, downloaded updates and fixed the remote enough that we can use it. Not all problems resolved but it is okay.

We so appreciate our Geek Squad person who got our remote to work and we have had no problems since he came to help.

So nice to have fewer devices to have out on the table as well as ease for jumping from 1 activity to another, particularly when kids/teens are involved.
