Can’t really rate them…on July 8 I scheduled this service for July 28. On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier

The gentleman who helped me was kind and did not belittled me for not knowing how to work the tablet. He was knowledgeable and I was able to ask dumb questions and was not judge for not knowing. A few times I got hands-on instructions which will be very helpful in managing the tablet. Overall experience was nice and I feel that I can get future help from the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Louis did a fantastic job of finding the problem and fixing what was wrong with the remote. I would give him 5 stars but I realized after he left all the channels say unavailable> This means I do not have a guide.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I tried to rectify the problem on the phone, and I was cutoff twice. The missing star is for Total Techs phone customer service system.
