Can’t really rate them…on July 8 I scheduled this service for July 28. On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier

The geek squad did it all put the stand together , mounted the new Sony OLED tv and hooked up our existing soundbar, programmed the new harmony remote and explained everything and answered all our questions and more. Also had them install our new Sonos amp and connected to our existing outside speakers and it rocks. they did a great a job . well worth the money !!

Yes but left no trouble shooting instructions. I now am able to avoid a remote. The remote from Geeksquad lasted only 2+ years. The service rep who came to the house was professional.

The Geek Squad tech was great. Unfortunately, due to a problem with the new Spectrum box, he was not able to finish all of the programing. Now that the Spectrum problem is solved, the Geek Squad tech is scheduled to come back at the end of this month to finish the job. I am very happy that I purchased Total Tech.

Our Geek Squad Technician Brandon was simply amazing! Called advising his ETA and he arrived just as he said. He quickly set up our new Harmony 665 Universal Remote and tested it several times, working out any possible bugs that we may encounter. He understood we are "technically challenged" and fully explained how to use the remote and the special features on it. VERY well worth the price we paid for the service!
