The techs did a good job in installation, although they did not bring anything to attach one of the components to the back.

Anything you want, press and aim, through media wood cabinets. All on one remote... Faaaabulous !!!!

Great and fast job by Geek Squad Agent. He was knowledgeable and efficient installing my Logitech remote.

I purchased a service, not a product. The programmer missed a couple of functions on the remote. For TV, have to press help to get sound. Also, TV function to change picture size does not work, which it did with the old remote. Technician could have done a better installation. It took an hour of phone time to schedule the appointment and do not want to go through the phone time to get a new appointment to correct the programming. Perhaps this review will help to get a response.

Geek Squad got our tv working again and showed us how to reset it.

Remote works both direct tv and firestick. technician was fast, good and was very very knowlegeable.

Geek Squad did great. Not so great is spending too much money on a piece of garbage Harmony remote which now is no longer supported either.

I purchased the LogicTech Harmony remotes in the past and returned them because I had trouble programming them. The Geek Squad agents knew not only how to set them up but how to explain how they can be used effectively. Now I love these remotes. I have one in my family room and another in my game/music room. The agents did a great job.
