The remote is simple and easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do consistently.

I really like the Harmony remote device ,the only recommendation I would make to the company is that they provide directions for many possible lapses that could occur. The Geek Squad techs are the best and can fix any mishaps,but i should not have to keep paying for service calls when if it came with clear instructions about what to do if:i.e.,occurs,if the the techs are aware of FAQ's,why isn't the consumer told? Thank you for your interest.

There were 3 agents I worked with in the installation of my new TV, Ben, Andrew, and Josh. They removed my other TV and installed my new Sony. The entire process went smoothly and professionally. They also reprogrammed my Logtech remote and explained the workings of all remotes, checking everything before they left. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Geek Squad tech arrived on time, was pleasant, professional, and reprogrammed my Logitech Harmony Elite remote. It's a very sensitive high-end remote, not the easiest to program correctly, but our tech knew what to do, explained it as he went, and taught us the troubleshooting short-cuts and actions to take in the future. Remote has been working just fine since he was here.

Difficult to set up. Cost $50 for Best Buy to set up, but once set up its's very easy to use

Put functions on harmony universal remote that were not there.
