Really nice guy but he knows his business very well and speaks above what a normal person understands. So I paid for him to come out and make sure everything is working but I am still having issues understanding how to work the stereo along with the very expensive base speaking. I just wish he could have walked me through the products better

Service call was made as scheduled. Technician was great. However, all he had to do was reset the remote. He showed me how to do it if necessary in the future. I had previously taken it in to my local Best Buy and no one there could help. Someone in the store should have been able to tell me how to reset the remote and save me $100.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my system. Agent took the time to replace a cable that had been cobbled together causing picture issues so we have the best picture the new TV provides.

The agents were on time and polite. Their reprogramming worked well except that a few weeks later I began to have trouble turning off the TV. I now use the Sony remote to do that.
