Still a little lost

So I paid for him to come out and make sure everything is working but I am still having issues understanding how to work the stereo along with the very expensive base speaking. I just wish he could have walked me through the products better

Reprograming of Harmony remote

However, all he had to do was reset the remote. He showed me how to do it if necessary in the future. I had previously taken it in to my local Best Buy and no one there could help. Someone in the store should have been able to tell me how to reset the remote and save me $100.

Geek Squad Goes the Extra Mile

Geek Squad pretty good
