Really nice guy but he knows his business very well and speaks above what a normal person understands. So I paid for him to come out and make sure everything is working but I am still having issues understanding how to work the stereo along with the very expensive base speaking. I just wish he could have walked me through the products better

The agent mounted the TV and connected it to our harmony remote although the remote signal is too weak to power up the tv. Chris worked very hard to get things right for us. He was very helpful.

Service call was made as scheduled. Technician was great. However, all he had to do was reset the remote. He showed me how to do it if necessary in the future. I had previously taken it in to my local Best Buy and no one there could help. Someone in the store should have been able to tell me how to reset the remote and save me $100.

The first technician arrived and did most of the programming as expected. He then told us he would be back next day to add programming for missing components next day and gave us a window. He never arrived. We were left waiting when we should have been elsewhere. NOT GOOD. We had to call and rebook which took additional days and TIME. The issue finally resolved by second tech.

The technician came to the house and in a very orderly way indicated that the new remote was not the problem it was my rechargeable batteries. He gave me the information to request a replacement of the batteries and suggested returning the new remote. I did this and called the Geek Squad and they sent me new batteries at no charge. This saved me a lot of money and my problem solved.
