HARMONY PROGRAMMING IS THE WAY TO GO i LOVE MINE AND IT IS SUPER EASY TO USE

The Harmony remote now controls TV, Receiver, DVD Blue Ray and Juke Box DVD player

John from the East Stroudsburg Bestbuy is the only Geek squad technician i use. He is very knowledgeable about today's electronics. John from Bestbuy is the guy when it comes to your home/ electronics installations.

I got two remotes. I like their ease of use and that they are rechargeable

The remote was paired with my other appliances and works them with ease.

I needed a new universal remote programmed. The guys did a great job of setting me up and answering my questions. One suggestion, try all devices after set up. My DVD player tray won't open without the original remote, so I have to call them back.

the Harmony 700 remote is great. Geek squad was a hugh help setting me up.

The technician came to the house and in a very orderly way indicated that the new remote was not the problem it was my rechargeable batteries. He gave me the information to request a replacement of the batteries and suggested returning the new remote. I did this and called the Geek Squad and they sent me new batteries at no charge. This saved me a lot of money and my problem solved.

Geek squad reps were here promptly and completed the work in a professional manner.

WOW, having the ability for Geek Squad to come to your house and set up your new TV for you and doing it correctly is very comforting. Being non techy beats trying to read instructions and going crazy.

Geek Squad came out to my home to trouble shoot a problem I was having with movies, Netflix, You Tube, and Pandora not coming up on my TV. Turns out that I had a major power surge, that baked my modem and cable box. The so called surge protector power strips I was using, didn't stop the surge. Glad my computer was plugged into my APC Surge Protector, which I purchased Many years ago, from Best Buy.

This product wirks well had geek squad install went very well happy well service.
