Found problem with my harmony remote.

This was totally unexpected and showed great integrity as he could have charged me and I would not have know the difference.

Help

It appeared to be working when he demonstrated it,however,it wasn’t really tested for much. I kept having problems with the tv actually coming right on...it would do a bunch of things and then maybe I would get a picture. Many times I had to unplug the tv system and try again. Then I totally couldn’t get a signal yesterday. I called both spectrum and Samsung for help,but still isn’t working properly. The agent was very polite and professional but I still have an issue.
