The Geek Squad did show us hos to use the remote before thye left. They also had us do some of its functions. They took their time til we could do it. Still took some time to get use to the remote but it is a great remote

They programmed my Harmony remote quickly and efficiently. All of the stuff works amazing, no lag time. They were even able to program one of my intenrational boxes that I did not think were able to be programmed.

Installing our big screen TV in our new home proved much more challenging than anticipated, and Justin went the extra mile researching solutions and helping us choose the smartest options. Our system is back up and running and we are enjoying it.

Went thru the use of the Harmony but was not told how to start the alert that there is/are updates. Tried every button on the clicker but no results. Alert remains on LR screen covering up part of the TV screen A pain

Switched from older style WD external "towers" storage units. Small size requires no power cord, and is very unnoticeable on desk top. Plus very portable when travelling with laptop. Excellent product for the price!

Remote control programming went well overall but took much longer than expected and needed more support from the remote control manufacturer. Still it all worked out .

Everything good in this house and the kids and I have been in a house all week

I am very pleased with this service purchase and the work they did while assisting me with connecting everything correctly and explaining how to use everything via my remote control device, etc.

I had changed my carrier for internet and thus my TV. The Geek Squad came to reprogram my remote because my new carrier wasn't able to. It was reprogramed successfully and is much more convenient now.

The agents got everything working again with my remote and spent lots of time making sure we were satisfied with the service and knew how to work everything.
