I could not access my DVD and had to pay $99.99 for Geek Squad to come out to my home. The censor just had to be placed on the DVD box. Why couldn't customer service just tell me that. Was not happy.

Programmed remote with no problems. He was quick and efficient.

It is a remote that needs to be set up by the Geek Squad. With its capability to control several units, it does require the help of a professional. Great remote after being set up properly.

The service man was very helpful and assisted, answering all questions and setting up the remote quickly.

Toby was efficient and asked questions about how I wanted things set up. He did some outside the box thinking to make a few things work well.

My Geek Squad tech came out to fix what got messed up with a cable install. Sound wasn't working etc. Problems fixed quickly and he explained everything very well.

Geek Squad came to replace a circuit board on my Elite Tv. Dustin and his team did a great job and got my Tv turning on/off quickly. Very careful taking Tv off wall and back up. Arrived on time and cleaned up too.

Agents set everything up to our desired choices. The remote is extremely sensitive to touch. When I pick it up I have changed the inputs so many times.

The bigger tablet and the ability to enlarge the print is great for my Mom. It also has louder speaker volumes for the hard of hearing. Very lightweight. My Mom went from IPAD 1 to the IPAD Pro.
