I have the Harmony Remote 900 with RF which I really like. However, I understand that this model is supposed to be phased out. It does freeze sometimes, and I have to remove the battery and replace it. The white battery does not swell, the blue battery is the one that is supposed to be problematic. I leave it on the charger more often than not, although I have gotten conflicting info about that. I don't think it's a good idea to let the battery totally run out. I like that I can keep my components in a cabinet. Logitech has been decent re: customer support. Best Buy charges way too much to program the remote.

Geek Squad was able to coordinate most things but was not able to get universal remote to turn on sound bar - must use sound bar remote to turn sound on - all else seems fine.

Had an agent out to reprogram my home theater remote that the Dish Network installer screwed up when we switched to Dish service. Geek Squad guy identified the problem and fixed it in 10 min.
