Our vacation home is in a rural VT town, but for an additional charge, Geek Squad delivered our large refrigerator, and it was well worth the fee, as it saved us a lot of trouble. It would have been almost impossible for us to get one without them, because we have no truck or moving equipment at our vacation home. They did a great job, and kept in touch the entire process. They were exactly on time, and did a great job with delivery and installation.

I was having problems with an old router which was causing failure on some devices and corrupted files on one. The new router immediately solved all my problems. The Geek Squad technician who installed the router was completely capable, quick and very friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend the technician and the service.

2 weeks after i bought the TV, it got here. It took me a lot less time to go to viet nam !! I tried several times to get it delivered sooner ,nope. I was made to feel 2nd class because of the fact i live so far away. Im halfway between 2 different stores. I didnt charge extra to come to your store but you charged me extra to deliver my purchase. I spent over 1300 dollars and had to pay extra for delivery and set up. Thanks

I live over 25 miles from the nearest Geek Squad, and this charge only kicks in when they comes to work at my home - and the agent stays until the work / problem is resolved. Well worth the price.

The techs were wonderful and helpful and professional but the extra trip charge was high, especially when one of the techs lived locally. Perhaps the other did too, I am not sure.

All I needed to do was unlock the door of my house. They hooked the washer and dryer up and made sure they worked. Explained the basics of how they worked. Answered all my questions.

Our home is 2 hours away from the Best Buy in Virginia beach. It wasn't an issue with us. Plus, the crew of Ronnie, Marcus and Andrew were great.

I do not live close to a store and am out of the delivery area of any Best Buy store. I was so glad when they waived the delivery fee

The technicians were prompt and set up everything very quickly. They showed us how to use the system and were very knowledgeable.

Worth the price for the delivery and installation. We are seniors and would have had a difficult time mounting the TV and setting it up.

The Geek Squard came to my home set up all my equipment. All I had to do was take control of the all in one remote.
