    I bought this and still cannot find the download file. I spent three hours with Adobe Chat Support and they could not help me. I was transferred three different times. I don't even know why they are selling this product without clear instructions on how to download the software you purchased. Unless you have IT knowledge, I would not purchase this. I never write reviews but after making this purchase, I felt compelled to do so.

    Not good, it’s not activated. I follow all the instructions and I got the email which said we will let you know. I want to return this software
