Absolutely ridiculous! When I tried to install the license from the email they sent, it downloaded the software but then demanded a serial number—WHICH WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. The email only included a redeem code, which, surprise surprise, is NOT the same as a serial number. Now, why on earth would they send a “digital license” without including everything needed to activate it?! After wasting almost TWO HOURS of my time (which, by the way, could have been spent doing literally anything else), I had to reach out to customer service to get this resolved. And while they eventually helped, this entire ordeal was beyond frustrating. Maybe, just maybe, they could include the serial number in the digital license like any competent company would? Or at the very least, provide CLEAR, step-by-step instructions that actually make sense?! The ones they have now are useless.

I would give this item 0 stars if I could. The installer didn't work and forced me into an extremely frustrating loop of being forced to log into my Adobe account and then reverting me back to my Adobe Standard license. There was no way to use this license with my current Adobe account, and the installer would not let me skip logging in. I called GeekSquad, which was no help, and then after being passed around to different departments on the phone for 20 minutes, was finally told that digital downloads are non-refundable, even though BestBuy's own support couldn't get the item to work. The woman basically said that even if the product is defective, the policy stands. I will never purchase anything digital from Best Buy again.

Great and gets the job done. Pretty expensive compared to any other pdf company. This was close to $500 and it only works for 1 computer. I personally like Adobe but the prices are ridiculous

I would NEVER buy another download from Best Buy. My Adobe Acrobat Pro download doesn't work. Let the Geek Squad into my computer for 1.5 hrs with no resolution. Adobe tried for another 1.5 hrs. Best Buy keeps giving me the run around about a credit. I have talked to at least a dozen different people. Now I have spent another hour trying to get a credit. WORST customer service ever!

Great program. A little difficulty getting it activated, but very useful program once its used.

I purchased this software to fill out scanned forms and it is pretty straightforward and easy to use to that end. I use the signature feature as well which is great and I merge pdfs and can delete pages from pdf files as well. I also like that I can password protect documents to limit editing functions when I send out contracts.

Adobe pro 2020 is a great program and works well. The problem is the digital download from Best buy, I’ve had the software for less than 6 months and my computer broke and I had to purchase a new computer now I cannot use this expensive software on my computer because it was for one device but the other device is broken. This was a waste of money

Love this product, and how convenient it makes my job. I wouldn’t go without it.

I like the features that was not in Adobe X which I was used to. I like the feature that makes a scanned doc to an editable pdf file. So much easier.

Watch out!! The product on the Best Buy site didn't have the Mac and Windows separate, so I put it in my cart, paid the $540 and received the wrong platform. NO EXCHANGES. AT ALL. FOR ANY REASON. ADOBE WOULD HAVE EXCHANGED IF I HAD PURCHASED FROM THEM FOR THE SAME PRICE. BUT WOULD NOT DO SO FOR THE PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY.
