    The software is super convoluted. I bought it because I was trying to avoid paying the subscription for photoshop, but I ended up just getting photoshop afterward. It doesn’t have a lot of the PS features and it’s a lot of extra steps to do simple stuff that you can do in one click in PS. Maybe a non-techy SAHM would love Elements.

    I love the guided portrait adjustment s. Photoshop Elements is so easy to use compared to the full-blown Photoshop. The organizer is great to use also.

    I purchased the digital version and was not able to download it. Now the link is not "active" so I am out the money with no photoshop...

    Spent 3 hours trying to get access to this product!!! Have YET to get a serial number, which is REQUIRED to enter before getting access to the app!! VERY aggravated & annoyed to say the LEAST!

    I'm used to working with Elements and it is working for us as usual but it would have been nice to save some money on this program instead of full price.

    Easy download for a version of Photoshop Elements that works on the 2023 M2 MacBook Pros. Have already edited files without problems

    I love this program but I do not recommend to purchase on line, customer service was awful, it took me 5 days to finally be able to use my software.

    Not very good software, many times turns off at itself, very limited option to edit picture. Be ware this digital item is not refundable which this info is not written under Adobe Photoshop. Poor costumer service.
