Corrupted files being sent to buyers!

When I tried to return product it was refused because it was a digital purchase (even though I wanted to upgrade to photoshop)

Software activation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this in store last weekend for my wife, when checking out they never activated the software when doing the checkout. Im sure the software is good and will work as needed but rating bestbuy for the overall purchase... spend almost $1000 and they cant even do their job right. Kept getting a run around everytime we called to get it activated and kept getting transferred till finally we were told they can't do anything and we have to go to the store an hour away. Thanks bestbuy for nothing...
