I got it as an open box - pretty much bare bones. Upgraded the hard drive to a 1 TB SSD Samsung 860 evo (which is cheaper if you don’t do it through dell) popped a 850w PSU and it’s good to go.

This is the first PC I have purchased in 15 years. I was only buying laptops. I like it. It is fast, very responsive. The fan is loud when it kicks on but that is not very often. Otherwise very quite.

I have loved my Alienware so far! It works great on all my games and I can run most on epic setting on my 1440p monitor! Would definitely recommend with the cost to build your own so high currently.

Plays all my games at the highest settings in 1080. My only complaints about this rig is the case is very small. It's going to be a pain to upgrade with the limited space.

So I bought this computer solely because it was “certified refurbished, open box, returned same day.” Suspecting that it would be in perfect condition, I used it for about a month or two, no issues whatsoever up until it had a power supply failure. Somehow shut down improperly causing a software issue not allowing the computer to not allow me to log in anymore. Now it just reboots or black screens every time. And Dell only covers hardware on a standard warranty. Which unfortunately the hardware caused the problem, but they don’t care.

Well I can say this basically I have been on a piece of crap UP, so to switch to this beast it was and is amazing, great and worth the money

I was not planning on buying this when I walked into my local Best Buy on Christmas Eve, but when I found this and saw the price, I knew I had to have it. It did not disappoint.

Awesome PC as expected . Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the preinstalled software. Issue with the Alienware control center crashing but very happy with this system.

I’m really enjoying my aurora r7. Everything I’ve tossed at it has run nice and smooth. It was a little on the pricey side,hence the 4 stars, but appears to be worth the money.

Haven’t used it a whole lite yet. Still transferring stuff from my old computer. Seems to be lightning fast. Don’t like the minimal storage capacity but a Nas will work fine for me.

Hardcore gamer that purchased this desktop instead of building (open box and could not pass up price) I was always a sketpic of Alienware products, but you rly see the quality. Amazing case and component function Easy upgrading (memory, SSD, m.2) make this computer rly a workhorse. Great base for mid budget operation that even includes liquid cooling The integrated software and features are unmatched Will be upgrading the power supply and GPU next (60+ frames on all current games on max settings) for top tier rig (even with 8700) Great value

This is my sons, by far the tops of gaming pc’s He’s a hardcore gamer and has had 3 Alienware machines now. I did get him 1 ibuypower, good for the $ but no comparison

I threw at it every game I have at maxed settings...not a jitter, not a blink, nothing. Just like the orphan boy in Oliver Twist it was if it were asking for more.

I bought it because of the specs. Meets all of the requirements I needed. Works with newest games. Visuals are excellent. Speed is super. So far I am very pleased.

Bought this for my husband to replace his outdated gateway! Have only had it for about a month but does what it's supposed to and has great graphics!

Everything went well. The transfer from my old computer to this one was easy. It's quiet and runs fast. I'm glad I purchased this computer especially for the price.

Been playing games on this PC for some time now, I added an extra HDD and SDD and now this PC is a gaming monster.

The desktop is a great prebuilt at a very good price. Comes with great warranty by “Dell” and you have the option to extend it at a good price as well.

The computer does everything and more. Couldn't be happier. Use it every day. Keeps up with all my games. Friends are jealous and looking to upgrade.

I've built plenty of PC's in the past and don't have time to order and build. Just did my research and liked this build. Also, it was on sale so legit price!
