I installed this into my 2001 S2000 along with the Modifry dash panel adapter to utilize the dash controls for the stereo. I love the Pandora and Sirius Radio as well as the sound quality of the unit. I now have in all three of my cars. Excellent unit at a great price.

Love this receiver, it has tons of features but by far my favorite is the 9-band parametric Equalizer. It allowed me to fine tune it to our vehicle. I used the Alpine TuneIt app on a tablet along with some white noise streamed from my smartphone off You-tube to get it dialed in. Deck has good power and is very crisp and clear, really shines on the highs. Also like that you can adjust the Subwoofer output for an attached amp from the deck to fit your mood or the recording your listening to. Really happy with this Deck.

Bought this for my Grandson for Christmas. He and his Father installed it themselves and he really likes all the features.

The Alpine CDE-153BT has lots of great features, but it is turning out to have a few glitches (perhaps not because of the product but because of the installation). About a week after it was installed it's power kept cutting out causing it to turn off and then restart itself. I have also had trouble with the satellite radio which seems to be losing signal more than I would expect. I plan to do some troubleshooting and see if I can get these issues worked out. If I can then my rating would go up to 4 stars :)

The receiver is excellent. Replaced a cheap pioneer stereo. Added it to an alpine amp. Really woke up my aftermarket speakers. Love the 6 prep it's so I can add a sub later and not lose my other functions.

At 66 yrs. old this was the first time I ever had an after-market radio installed in a vehicle. it was a very pleasant experience. They got me in on time and quickly did all the work very professionally and then showed me how to set, adjust and use the many features. He also told me to come back with any questions that might come up later. It's been a month and I haven't had to return.

Looked around for a stereo system with XM radio best price was at Best Buy. Excellent sound and easy to use. The system fits perfectly in my car. I enjoy my new ststem

Got this for my girlfriends car because she was having issues with a cheaper head unit. The menu's aren't super easy to navigate, but once you've got the Eq set up, you can forget about having to change them! Other than that, the sound quality with a subwoofer and stock speakers is great! No bass adjuster switch for the amp, but the easy sub adjustments on the deck do just fine!!

I dig the high pass filters to keep my stock speakers from crackling. Love pandora controls do I can thumbs up songs I like. Wish it had more color option on display. Maybe I just haven't found the settings. I've seen better ways to access settings and menus too

Now my old car can connect to my cell via Bluetooth, he best upgrade.

Even with all the bells and whistles its still simple to operate Sounds very good even with the top down on my convertible. Reception on the stations are much much better than the other 2 receivers I took back.blue tooth works better than the new car blue tooths.
