Although the device worked as expected, I discovered that the internal memory contains a file (RootInfo.exe) which Norton detected as a high risk virus identified as W32.Huhk.A. Norton detected this virus when I tried to backup to the files I had uploaded to the device's memory to my desktop PC. Fortunately, Norton quarantined and removed this virus preventing it from being copied to my PC.

Was confusing at first to set up. When i finally figured it out i couldn't get the pictures to upload correctly. Finally after 2 weeks of working on this i got it the best i could and i gave it to my inlaws for xmas. They ended up giving it back to me cause the screen would error out and freeze up. The quality of this frame is horrible.

Although I ordered the wrong frame, I decided to go ahead and try to set this up. It was horrible to setup and I put it back in the box and ordered a wifi frame that is easier

Picture quality is fair. Doesn't recognize rotation of pics that were taken vertical, half of our photos are displayed sideways, even though they were rotated and saved on computer. Plus, I can't believe there is no option to display photos randomly, it will only display in the sort order of the files on the memory card.
