Works well for what it is, no frills just simple plug and play, the manual focus is a very nice feature, only point for improvement is a screw to tighten fastening clamp would be welcome but isn’t necessary

We purchased this camera for regular zoom meetings that we attend. The video quality is great, but unless you are directly in front of the camera, the microphone is fairly weak.

Nothing fancy, but on a common windows 10 machine, installation is a simple plug and play and I got the audio and video working with zoom with the barest amount of configuration and no need to hunt for drivers. It feels pretty rugged as it is constructed with a lot of metal so I expect it to stay in service for a long time. It is pretty heavy but balances ok on top of my monitor. It has a plastic cap that you can fit over the lens if you are worried that some rogue program will send video from the camera behind your back.

Looks good for a webcam. If you want to stream or something probably have to spend a lot on a good camera but if just doing zoom calls the quality won't let you down.

Cool cheaper camera I like it for what I need it for not trying to make selfie movies or anything but it does a great job with my meeting from work. Easy to use, and small enough to not take a lot of room on my desk

Very compact. Picture quality is excellent. May be more than what we needed as just need for personal use for zoom calls. Call to tech help at Aluratek was somewhat helpful. Still getting used to using it.

Awesome. Little webcam. It’s solid, not. Cheap feeling piece of plastic and has a great picture quality and speaker.

Set up was easy and according to my contacts, the video and sound are phenomenal. The only issue I have is that the cable is not as ductile as it could be.

Camera works well out of the box. I do wish it has more padding or protection on the part that clips to the monitor - the metal feels a bit harsh against the monitor and I am worried it will scratch.

Pros: * 1080 HD definition is very crisp * Plug-and-play setup is very quick and easy Cons: * Color representation is very poor - reds are so saturated I look like a lobster. There are no options to manage color settings either. Their website says you can manage them using software, but what they mean is that whatever program you're using to capture video must have that capability. Aluratek does not have any software of their own to manage any settings. So if the program you're using (e.g., Zoom, Teams, or any other major video conference provicder) doesn't have color settings management, you're out of luck. * Even small amounts of light make you look like your face is emitting the same amount of light as a bright sun. As advertised, the camera does work well in low light, but only if there is NO light. Even the light emitted from your computer monitor will make your face look way too bright and shiny. * The camera comes locked at a specific zoom setting (which is WAY too close up), and there is no way to change it. Again, their website says it's configurable with software, but only if the software you're using to capture video has that capability. If it doesn't, again, you're out of luck. What's worse is that once it was picked up, it took UPS over 10 days to deliver this product from a store 300 miles away (criss-crossing the state 3 times during its voyage) and the packaging was basically destroyed, so I have no recourse for a return now.

This is perfect for 2020 as everyone is working from home and this webcam is amazing! The quality is crisp and easy to install. I use this for my desktop and will definitely purchase another one once I get back to work in the office

Nice basic webcam for my new HP desktop computer. Easy to install and working great so far. I like the cap cover for the camera for added security when not in use. I got this on sale for around $30 which was a great value.

I bought it two months ago and started using it. Easy to connect with PC. Superb audio and video quality. I am taking online classes and this is my BUDY, very helpful.

So clear and crisp in regards to the view - much better than the Logitech I had previously. Would recommend to others!

Needed an affordable WEBCAM for ZOOM sessions and this was recommended by a Best Buy staffer. The Video quality at 1080P is what I was looking for and the sound quality is good for speech. Serves my purpose well for under $70, I'm pleased.

Works as designed -- love the camera cover so no accidental video and the sound is really good. I wish it were a little more adaptable to a very thin monitor, but it's still working well.
