this was one of the easiest units I have installed

It would have been a great product if I had not received it with a defect in production. Every time I open or close the door there is a sound and some difficulty to open/close because it has fabrication and ensembling defect. This makes it difficult to use and probably long run will be a problem

Love the sleek finish and affordable price. I also chose this product for the brand and durability. Had it for a year so far and no issues!

Microwave does it job. Little under powered but for the cost works well.

This microwave sucks. It works fine when It's actually working, we've had it a little over a year and a half now and the motor has gone out once, the heating element went out, and now the door is coming apart. We use it normally, no excessive use or force. Very poor quality. Thankfully, we bought the extended warranty.

Works okay. The fan is not very effective even on high. The stainless steel part needs constant wiping and is not easy to clean

Replacing same model, previous one had issues with the door latches as other comments. Bought this one with extended warranty.

Is not the best but do the work. Its not an advance or complicated microwave. We were looking to fit our budget and this microwave do the work. Is good if you are not looking for a super microwave

The fan is towards front and I feel it should be towards the back where ovens vent. The light when it is on high is not very bright.

For some reason the microwave does not fit snugly under the cabinet and needed a board to cover the opening. For some reason the connection to make it fit snugly either isn't available or wasn't put on properly.

Unit seems to function at price point level it represents. But be fore warned installation by XPO is a nightmare !

god microwave but the turntable sounds like a car on a gravel road

We purchased the microwave we wanted from you folks, but your installers were incompetent, and seemed more focused on getting to the next job, and were unable to perform the installation. We returned the microwave to you and went elsewhere to purchase it and have it installed. This is the second time we have had this issue with Best Buy's installers. We have multiple rental units, but cannot trust Best Buy to make it easy for our tenants. One time may be an anomaly. Twice is a disturbing trend.

Only issue is the fan which is VERY loud and annoyingly so. Can't hear each other or TV.

I loved it for the first 3 months then it broke. No lights coming on no sound no nothing! Added the 3 year geek squad warranty when I purchased it, but being that it’s still under 1 year so the manufacturer has to handle it. Called whirlpool they set up my appointment with this company called flamingo factory service to fix it and they don’t have to part so it’s going on 2 weeks with waiting on a part!
