It doesnt stick out that far from the wall and doesnt hang down close to the range. There isnt a brand name on the front which is great. Price cant be beat. L8oks fantastic and is a champ

Trying to find help number is like a scavenger hunt. And you can never get anyone at the store when calling in. Wait time is a joke. Terrible customer support.

Poor Quality - Lasted 18 months

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace an identical unit, where the light had gone out, and couldn't be fixed with a bulb. cheaper to replace than fix.I took the opportunity while I was installing an external vent, and did not want to have to reinstall the brackets and such again. If I wasn't perfectly happy with the unit I could have gotten something else. It works well, is quiet, and matches the black and stainless appliances I have without being flashy.

Purchase and pick-up at my local Best Buy were easy and hassle free. Installed the Amana over the range microwave within a couple of days of picking it up. Installation was straight forward with easy to follow instructions. This microwave does not have all the features of my old Kenmore, but works just fine for me and my family. Microwave looks good and blends well with my other kitchen appliances. So far, it is working beautifully and I am happy with my purchase.
