I did not know that this product was so good. The sound is amazing and the voice features work so well.

LOVE, LOVE this product! It was so easy to set up and connect that it made the process enjoyable. I find myself asking it questions, to play specific songs as well as getting weather update all the time. I have become so reliant on it for information that I almost feel lost leaving the house!

Usually Black Friday stores are all a mad dash, but this year the employees (like usual) at this Best Buy made it so smooth and fast. We knew what we wanted, we told them and they walked us directly to our Amazon Echo. On the way to the isle they explained the differences between Generations 1 and 2. Fastest check out. Lines were super fast paced. Price was lower or matched everyone else EVEN Amazon and they make the product. A+ All around

I really enjoy having the amazon echo. It's everything I expected and more. I really enjoy asking Alexa to play different music and answering curious questions. I also have it set up to turn on and off my lights. I am working on setting it up for appointments and schedules.

What a pleasant surprise, this Echo device while serving well as an Alexa member also delivers a very nice music sound. Having other good sound systems I don't mind listening to music on this Echo device

So I have owed the original Amazon Echo which i must say still sounds better then this but by no means is this lacking in sound quality. Does everything the original did but looks a lot better doing it.

Had a dot, upgraded to new Echo. Sound is awesome, and drop in feature helps. Got kids Dots for Xmas.

Got this on sale and is my second unit, I just got the Echo + and loved it so picked up another unit.

Excellent device, upgraded from the dot and the the sound is night and day. Also, looks really nice.

You can set this up and be using it in 15 minutes. No one needs to have any experience to set it up.

I was so pleased with my first Amazon Echo purchase that I bought one for my daughter for Christmas.

This was easy to set up. Im sorry I wait so long before purchasing, the sound is good and a lot of fun. I like to asking all the different questions Alexa can answer, and serting up my work commte route. You have to have the device plugged in, but is easy to move around.

Works great, very responsive to commands, clear answers. Its an amazon echo, what more do you need?

The amazon echo works great and is a very useful device. I like where you can ask pretty much anything and get a response. Also purchased some smart plugs that work with it but have not installed yet.

Looks great and sounds even better than expected. Good deep sound and Alexa gets smarter every day!

Amazon product is amazing, just like a friend atleast who listen my request. Sound quality is good.

Got a few Echos instead of dropping more coin on Sonos speakers and not disappointed. The sound is great and I set 6 of these up as a group and it works really well. Only issue that I’ve run into is that using the Alexa app it turns off the music for no apparent reason so best way to use it is to just speak to it and not use the app. Love the ease of setting up different speaker groups and the perk of using a smart assistant like Alexa.
