Posted .Hello, Gracie! Thank you for the feedback on your Echo Pop. If you want to create speaker sets with compatible Echo Devices you need to do so within the Alexa App. 1. Open the Alexa App and select Devices at the bottom of the screen. 2. Select the + symbol at the top right of the page. 3. Select Combine Speakers and select Stereo pair / subwoofer. If these steps do not help, and you are still having issues you can call Amazon customer service, available 24/7 for assistance on the device. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331. A mistake

Have had this for less than 4 months and it won’t even turn on. Used it to connect and extend our dot outside. That was spotty. Worked half the time. Brought it inside when not in use. Glad it was free. Not worth a penny.

Press and hold the Volume down and Volume up buttons for 15 seconds.
Wait for the light bar to turn off and on again.
Your device enters setup mode. For setup instructions, go to Set Up Your Echo Pop.
To reset your device to its factory settings:
Press and hold the Volume down and Microphone off buttons for 25 seconds.
Wait for the light bar to turn off and on again.
Your device enters setup mode. For setup instructions, go to Set Up Your Echo Pop.
Note: This reset erases all your personal information and any device and smart home connections.
Tip: If resetting your device isn’t helpful or you no longer want to use your device, Deregister Your Device from your Amazon account. Deregistering your device erases all device settings.
