This product is good because I was using my LG television,which is a hassle. I wanted the 8 but it was out of stock so I just got the 5. The echo show 5 works real good with the ring doorbell.

I have been in bed deathly ill for 10 days, I have NOT even had time to set it up yet. But my friend has one and it is awesome so I'm assuming mine will be pretty amazing once I set it up. I got 2 blink doorbells & 2 doorbell mounts to use with it for my front & back doors (& a camera)...
Hoping to get them set up tomorrow because the weather is supposed to be nice.

I had the Echo Show 8 and it worked great it was just too big, wanted something smaller for my desk. Only gripe is that I literally just want it to be a clock but it’s hard to disable all the widgets and opt out of all of Amazon’s subscription and data collection stuff. Was on sale for $40, wouldn’t pay more than that.

Item was great. Alarm clock, radio, light switch command, weather updates, etc. Then rebooted my router and it’s been stuck in download for three days. Tried unplugging, tried factory reset from the app, it doesn’t recognize the echo. Luckily I have the Best Buy return plan on all purchases. I like the product but I’ve read others have the same issue.

This product is very responsive and I love Alexa and this device puts a cherry on top it’s great.
