It's product very good. My wife liked and my daughter too.

I like that it has a touchscreen and can show you the time and temperature. However, the touchscreen functionality isn't that great, it kind of lags and not super responsive. Sound quality is alright. Microphone isn't great, a lot of times Alexa can't hear me unless I shout. It was a great value at half off price during Black Friday. I'd say it's definitely an upgrade and better than the original Echo Dot.

This has to be the best item to gift to anyone who sits at a desk for their day job. To be honest this is a great gift for adults And youths. I highly recommend everyone to add this to their Christmas shopping lists!!!

Thea product may be ok, but shipping was terrible! The box was shipped inside a mailer bag. The actual Alexa box was destroyed, with everything dumped into mailer bag. The seal in the Alexa box was broken in transit, so I'm sure I can't return it. This was to be a birthday gift, but I can't give it now, it looks like it was run over 10 times.

Setup was quick and straightforward, and it connected to my Wi-Fi and other devices without any issues. I use Alexa daily for things like setting alarms and reminders, checking the weather, playing music, controlling smart lights, and asking random questions hands-free. Voice recognition is solid, and it responds quickly most of the time. The sound quality is better than I expected for its size, especially for casual music or podcasts.

The sound and bass are incredible! This is a huge upgrade from the Echo Show and Echo Dot. It’s the perfect bedside alarm clock and speaker, thanks to its compact size, variety of color options, and excellent sound quality. A solid 10 out of 10! The sound quality alone sold me—it’s miles better than my two Apple HomePod minis!
