I had to get use to using Alexa since I have always used a manual alarm clock and radio. After a week it was very easy to use after initial set-up. I love that there are still buttons on top to adjust the volume and snooze alarm. I also love the small unique round design. I like the vibrant screen with color & scheme options that shows current weather, time, temperature, and date that also turns red at night. This is a reasonably priced product.

This is a really good one. The smart alarm is one of a kind in the segment. The display helps in easy communication of the alexa commands. Very easily configured and sits in a very compact space. The sound quality is the best.

I Love this Alexa, it's smart, funny, always there when I need her friend. She sets my alarm clock plays music tells me jokes and can set routines for when your away or getting home, even has sound detection. It's small, fits great anywhere, big clear screen that is easy to read, and will connect to your wall plugs, items in your house and is able to turn them on or off with the just the sound of your voice. I don't even have to pick up my remote to turn the volume up or down. This little 42 dollars and some change device has helped me so much in the past month that I would love to get a few more for the rest of my house. I first purchased my Amazon echo spot as an alarm clock. But in the past month, it has become so much more than that. It has been my weather reminder, shopping list , calendar, soothing sleep sounds. I love my echo spot and I would highly encourage anyone seeking an Amazon product to try out the echo spot. It’s great!!

The Echo Spot (2024) is a sleek, compact smart alarm clock that does its job beautifully. The screen is bright but not harsh, Alexa responds instantly, and it sounds better than expected for its size. It’s perfect for weather checks, quick alarms, and morning playlists. Not ideal for videos, but as a smart bedside upgrade—it nails it.

We own several Amazon Dots, so we bought the new Spot at BB's Black Friday half-price sale to see how it compared (retails at $80 vs the Dot's $40-$50 price). We enjoy the skills and convenience of the Dots, so we compared features. We think the Spot's premium sound is comparable to the 5th generation Dot (which we prefer, actually). The face of the Spot is ok, but for some of us, it's a little difficult to read the time & weather in the morning without glasses. There are option widgets available but none that I find solve the problem. Either the time is large and the weather too small, or the opposite. When Alexa tells you the weather, however, the display enlarges. In any case, we believe that Amazon's Dots & Spots are fantastic little personal assistants streaming with entertainment!

I was skeptical about getting Alexa. Because I have Google in my home. But It was absolutely the best thing I ever purchased. I love the voice on it that talks to you and answers questions. It also shows the date and the time and temperature outside. You can just tell it to set an alarm and it does and then it says something like have a good night sleep it’s small it fits right on my nightstand perfectly I’m ready to switch everything over to Alexa. I highly recommend this.

I LOVE my Echo Spot !!!!! I am hearing impaired. During the day I wear hearing aids but at night I can’t. I cannot hear the alarm clock on my phone. I bought this as a louder alternative and it works wonderfully ! And ……I can see what the weathers gonna be like that day, hear music or podcasts, all at the sound of my voice ! It’s wonderful !

Love this compact Alexa. The music sound is above the standard for its size and price point. The display for weather is nice too.

Love my new Echo Alexa speaker. I purchased as an alarm clock on my nightstand next to my bed. I like that the screen dims at bedtime and yet when I wake in the middle of the night , I can touch the screen and the time lights up for a minute and then dims. I have many lights setup in the house on Alexa, and when I am ready to turn off all the lights in the house. I just tell Alexa to turn off all the lights, and all the lights connected to Alexa turn off. Nice!

Great item for the bedroom. Saves numerous requests for time from Alexa and also has good sound. Exactly what I wanted.

Previously had the bigger version of the echo dot and it was cool, the only thing is that it doesn’t show the clock so I decide to change it for this one, the display colors are good and the sound quality is good as well, if you’re looking for a clock, alarm and a device for music, podcast or even hear the news this is a great choice

I brought the Amazon spot last weekend for one of my birthday gifts. I love it. I have the Amazon dots also, but I like the spot because it shows the temperature and date.

I love how easy it is to operate. I keep it on my desk. Check weather and driving conditions in the morning and listen to music in the evening. And you can see the song; you don't have to ask.

I love my echo dot !! As soon as I comeback from office, I ask Alexa to play beautiful songs for me and it refreshes my mind !
