We couldn"t figure out why we were not able to get into some apps, deleted a few and still was unable to stream on all our apps. went to Gurnee Best Buy found a clerk and was easy and simple when he explaind our problem. Bought this product went home and no more storage problems.

I just love the Amazon Fire stick! I have been using them for years. I install Kodi with the Diggz Xenon Matrix build. Also get the Real Debrid for the ultimate home entertainment system. The fire stick is superior to all other streaming devices because you can install any app you want to and customize the device however you'd like. Stay away from the Roku and other Android devices.

This fire stick is good, I got my fire stick last month around thanksgiving and I been nonstop using it. It buffers but it’s not worst then the last fire stick.

This is a nice product.. you can maximize tge use of it and have access to fietv. It is easy to install. Easy to use. User friendly and most of all nice to have at home for the family

I have always used firestick on my tv'sthat dont have streeming built in . Overall they are the best devices,this one especially. Very easy to use and set-up. I have tried others ,i.e. ONN ,Chromecast but none is as easy to use or stacks up to any of the firesticks,especially the upgraded one.

We had an old - probably 1st generation - Fire Stick and the remote quit working. Because of our earlier experience we wanted another Fire Stick! This one is even better! Highly recommend!

I really love this purchase. At first I was a little hesitant to buy this item, but I'm truly glad that I did. If you're trying to get from under your cable bill, this is the way to go.

This is a great device, especially when it's on sale, for leveling up your TV to the new century. It actually has 16gb of hard drive space, making it possible to download and play games from its app store with no issues. I've played and enjoyed "Crossy Road" and other titles directly on the TV. The image quality totally leveled up my TV, which was already a smart TV but with an annoying and poorly designed UI. Refreshing the UI via this firetv stick is worth it alone, but it also offers apps my original TV did not have, such as Apple TV and Roku Channel. There are also cloud gaming services, like Amazon Luna and Xbox cloud, that work incredibly well, though you have to pay separately for those. Still, my old TV couldn't do that. This is the "Smart TV 2.0" device.

I have had a few fire tv sticks. I spent a little more and bought the 4K Max device. It works great. I love it.

Love this fire stick. Had a regular 4K, but decided to switch to the 4K Max after a friend noticed my 4K wasn't as clear and crisp as his 4K Max. Needless to say, the 4K Max is the way to go. So much faster, better quality, and loving the new remote.

Pretty good firestick. Lets me watch shows whenever I want, and it's pretty fun to watch livestreams on, as well. Though, might want to just save until it's at a better price than this. Cause I found this at a Target, and they had it at 40 dollars less than here, and Amazon sells them cheaper during Prime Day, too. Other than that, totally worth the purchase, just not from here (Unless it's on Sale).

I replace my Fire TV third GEN, I wanted something that will be snappier. I have more memory and the max delivers… It’s super responsive. The picture quality seems to be better in my opinion with the third GEN fire stick Dolby Vision to work… it’s super affordable vs the competition and it’s a must have if you’re looking for inexpensive streaming device.

got this for using when camping since tv signals can be hard to come by. worked great and easy to set up. using it at home now as well to have more options for something to watch. picture and sound is great. worked out to be a good decision to get.
