I avoided/put off purchasing any sort of e-reading device for years, thinking I didn't need yet another device to carry around. I like sitting outside on my breaks, so I'd sit there squinting, trying to read my book on my phone or laptop...with the Paperwhite, it's actually easier to read it in the sun! I wish I'd had it for our last vacation and look forward to having it this summer for the pool!

I recently purchased a Kindle with a black friday price and I could'nt be happier. It makes reading on the go so much easier than bringing around a large book or two at a time. I don't have to worry about precious space in a bag and it has great battery life where I don't have to think about it dying.

I like the Kindle, although it sometimes seems to turn more than one page at a time ... sometimes 3 or 4 at a time. It is smaller than lighter than the previous version, and easily adjustable once you know how to drive it. Best Buy was able to ship at a low price MUCH faster than the alternative vendors i checked -- with better cheaper options.

This is my third Kindle I bought from Best Buy.....and it is just as perfect as the other two. The money I save more than pays for the Kindle!!!Plus it is so handy to take in my purse. I read a lot at bedtime...in bed!! The Kindle is so handy for this....and after a while turns off if i fall asleep!

I had been reluctant to purchase a Paperwhite due to my love of "real" books. Due to COVID I finally made the plunge and I don't know why I was so resistant. I've tried using reading apps on my phone and tablet but the eye strain was too much. This is not the case with the Paperwhite it truly mimics reading a book. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

This was a gift to my sister who is very pleased with this Kindle. She said it was easy to set up and is light and convenient for travel.

This is my third kindle and second e-reader. It took a bit of time to figure out how to move about and locate things on this new device, but has many similarities to my previous reader so I have gotten used to it. One thing that I really like is that the recharging time is much faster. It claims to be waterproof but I do not plan on testing that until such an event happens. The only negative, although a minor one. is that it is thinner that my previous device so I had to purchase a new cover. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Love my Kindle Paperwhite! Bought several months back and it still works great! Plenty of storage for so many e-books. It also gives plenty of suggestions on what I could purchase through the Amazon store based the e-books that I currently have on my device. Most definitely recommend.
