Lightweight, easy to hold while reading, adjustable settings to read based on your preference. Two minor things are the battery life doesn’t last quite as long as I expected and there’s the briefest “lag” as the font is changing or loading.

I never really wanted to go into technology for books because I just love the feeling of having something physical in my hands, but it is convenient to carry one small item instead of 4 books when i travel.

Works well. New thing unless you pay extra is the advertisements but does not interfere with with read at all (lock screen and home screen). Wish it would not do ads on lock screen as I’m sure battery life would even be better but it isn’t too big a deal. Feels cheap because of all the plastic but feels sturdy at the same time

This is our second Kindle Paperwhite and my wife could not be more pleased. The fact that it is waterproof means that she can relax in the bath or go to the beach while reading without worrying about ruining her device.

I was a little skeptical about this product, but after using it for a couple of months I am sold on it. Love the ease of getting books onto it, including those from my local library. The display is excellent.

I can't believe I waited so long to get a kindle. The ease of just pulling this out of my purse & not worrying about crinkling the page while ready and not needing a bookmark is so convenient.

This is one of the best readers since the original Sony e-Reader. It has a very clear screen even in direct sunlight. Very light weight but will need a case. Easy to shop for books and see your library. I'm impressed for sure.

Took me a little while to get use to it. Had one before and loved it Got this one because I was using a tablet to read from. To many apps on tablet and it slowed the tablet. I like being able to read without turning on light to read.

Love it. I also have a paper white that is 8 years old and still works great so I bought one for my husband. I love using mine and the beach. One of the new updates i love is waterproofing!

I love reading from my kindle!! This was a birthday gift to myself and well worth it. Very easy to use and love kindle unlimited, way cheaper and easier to pick new books, happy reading everyone!!

Great lighting, quick page turns, fast loading, love the ability to load free library books via Libby, coordinates with Audible subscription. Too many clicks to set a bookmark, compared to Nook (minor nit). Battery life is WOW

Stuck inside, and can't go to the library. No problem. You can borrow digital versions of library books using the Libby App and transfer to your Kindle! Best e-reader, purchased for every member of my family!

I had held off buying a Kindle because I like to have that feel of a book in my hands and I wasn't sure about reading it outside as my phone does not do well on the sun. But I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend it.

Lost my amazon fire, so I bought this, (I found I really didn't use the tablet much just to read). I love the paperwhite so much that when I found the fire, I gave it away and kept the paperwhite

I absolutely love my new kindle! The water resistant exterior is a plus I was unaware of until I opened the package after buying it. The coating (waterproof exterior) makes it easier for me to hold on to without dropping it too.

I upgraded from an old Kindle and I love the paperwhite screen. Super easy on the eyes, and nice not to have an external light attached. Finally figured out how to use overdrive, so I am enjoying the library book checkout system now.

Great little Ereader for the price. It has a good battery life and also has a quick charge. Glad I picked this over other brands for the high pixel count that works great at night in the dark or in the light.

This was on sale and I wanted to purchase it for my mom as our local library and book stores are closed due to COVID. With the Kindle Unlimited plan, it is a great deal and the screen is very easy to read.

I love it. I download research articles to read on it as well as books. I have no complaints battery life is great, and it is great for reading at night when I dont want an extra light on.
