    This is my 1st Sous Vide cooker & it will be my last. This thing is built to last a lifetime. I didn't know what I was missing. To any Foodie's out there if you don't have one you need to get one.

    Easy to use, and cooks everything perfectly! The meat does come out looking a little gray or any color so remember you shoukd still sear it or finish it off in a pan to give it a little color.

    Well built and powerful circulator. Anova app is good but could be better. Has issues connecting and staying connected. Overall the anova pro is great. I enjoy using it.

    The product itself is mostly good. It is SUPPOSED to connect with the wifi in the home and on the phone to provide notifications as the cooking process goes on but there are problems and I have been unable to get Anova tech support on the phone after 3 attempts or by email. The product will be returned if we can't get tech support.

    I really wanted to like this and try it. However seemed more work than it was worth and I could not get it to connect to my phone. Being on sale made it worth the attempt.
