Never buying this again

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This thing is horrible. 2nd time using it and it runs for 10-15 seconds and shuts down with a "stop" code. There is nothing in or around the impeller, which is what that code indicates. I have found nothing looking online that helps with this, and there is no Anova help center. All calls go to a voicemail, to which there has been no reply

I've had two now, and I couldn't get either one to work. Their customer service couldn't even get it working with me. Can I give it zero stars?
