So glad we finally made this purchase. Couldn’t resist the sale. We have owned Apple phones and tablets since 2009 I want to say when the very first IPhone Came out but couldn’t justify replacing our Hp laptop. I’ll admit it was good to us, but I love this Mac so much more. It’s easy to navigate once you get used to it, happens quickly if you’re already and apple user of any kind, the screen is blissful. It’s fast and has twice the storage we previously had.

Easy set up, reliable and wonderful to work on. This is a perfect computer for your home office. Size is smaller than the computer at work, but it's perfectly workable. It's really a great buy!

Pretty hard to go wrong with an Apple computer, This is an amazing machine, it is easy to set up, easy to operate and has the Apple quality we have grown up with.

Sadly I ended up returning it as it was slower than the 8 year old imac I was trying to replace. The fact that is has a 5400 rpm hd in it should of made me weary but I foolishly purchased it anyway as the black friday deal was a good one. I just assume wait a little longer and save my money to get a faster machine. You shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes for a computer to start up any more. Its a great entry level mac machine but not for those who want to get work done. .

This was an open box item and I must say the description did no justice. The desk top is in perfect condition as if were brand new. I use it for school and business and it is very much user friendly. The look is simple and sleek. I love the weightless keyboard and mouse. It is perfect!!! I was always hesitant about open box items but this purchase has exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a more reasonable price, open box is the way to go!!

I never thought I would buy a Mac desktop.. but when I started editing videos, I realized my laptop wouldn't handle all the programs. I bought this one and love it!! I have a bunch of programs on it and it runs quickly and smoothly. I haven't had any issues in the past 6-7 months of owning it.

I actually purchased this product as an open box buy. When I picked it up at the store, it was in fact a brand new iMac! I was more than grateful for that! I’ve enjoyed this product and the service received from the staff at Best Buy!

Plug and play. Easy to set up for someone who kind of knows what she’s doing. Some getting use to as a PC user converting to a Mac.

Superb quality, speed ease of use. Nice to be able to have all apple abilities wrapped up in one product. Use ours for use with vinyl cutting machines.

The computer is very fast and easy to use. The only thing I don't like is the keyboard, if you use a lot of numbers buy a new keyboard when you buy this machine.

I absolutely love everything about my iMac. I mainly use it for pictures and paying bills. I love how simple it is to use. It took me a minute to get used to the app thing but once you get used to it it’s easy. If you have any problems or questions Siri is right there and can answer any questions or find the right website that can help. I love that the keyboard and mouse are wireless. I love my iMac and I will never go back to windows. I do recommend getting the apple care. It might be a bit spendy but worth every penny. I had a couple little issues due to WiFi problems, it interrupted the software update. With the Apple care it didn’t cost me anything.

This is an amazing item it was so easy getting use too. Honestly by the second day I felt like a pro once you own this you will never regret spending the extra money.

I had been considering whether an iMac was worth the investment, and I must say, it absolutely was! I waited to get the best deal I could find on Black Friday, and I'm so glad I did. I saved money and still got a great computer that had very little set up time. Very happy with my purchase.

A much needed upgrade from my old laptop. I am quite happy with the performance, speed, storage space, etc. I have owned it now for almost a year with very few problems.

I am a previous satisfied owner of apple products, including an older MAC. That is the reason why I purchased this product. I have had it only 5 days but so far I am very satisfied with its performance. The sound and visuals are excellent and it holds a ton of data in the 1 TB hard drive.

This iMac is a great little machine. Fairly quick and easy setup. Nice speed once ready. Wifi moves quickly. Like the wireless keyboard and mouse also.

All are great to work with, also have 3 apple phones, I know that apple is a great product. What makes even better I am always treated like a VIP The staff walk me through the product and show me little things that will make it work better. This is the only place that I buy everything.

Does Apple computer works very fast. The graphics are simply amazing. It is a great investment and I will recommend it for anyone interested in purchasing an Apple computer.
