computer is good. would refer other to purchase one

Everything was Good..The only thing that I regret is noy finding a 27" in stock

First Mac product always used PC. Nice how iPhone and iPad form a nice ecosystem.

Loving my new iMac! Super easy set up and just and overall awesome computer.

The keyboard is way too small. Everything else with the computer is five star.

Ok descktop computer. Kids really like the computer

This is not the computer for you if you’re into animating and using Adobe products. It’s a great computer for everything not art related. It crashes alll the time when I am animating and it sucks. I should have done my research. It also loses internet service randomly to where I have to turn it on and off. It is super frustrating because I bought this computer brand new and it’s so slow. It was very slow starting after just 3 months of use.

This one has older processor and I think I should have waited for new generation. 1TB fusion drive sucks. Apple should discontinue or switch back to higher SSD in the fusion drive.

This iMac is not recommended for multiple media projects, such as video editing, or using Adobe softwares products. This iMac runs an icore3 processor which is slow only suits general needs, including emailing, web browsing. I returned this computer after 30 days and upgraded to the faster processor icore 5 iMac version. It’s BETTER!

This is my 2nd iMac. This one is SOOOOOO slow and sluggish. It sometimes takes 3 reboots just to open excel. I believe it’s due to the antivirus Best Buy installed on it. Never again, I will buy from the Mac store in the future. I’ve been using my 9 year old iMac instead and it is a lot faster. This belongs in the trash can.

Crashes twice in last one year. Luckily was under hardware warranty so got it fixed. Might be trading in for M1 iMac or Mac mini

Just too expensive for what it does, so I returned it when I found out it is on a 10 year old platform and Apple will upgrade next fall

Great difficulty in migrating data from ok computer. Very slow service in store.

I returned the iMac because it was defective. First, the service technicians had trouble transferring the data from my old iMac to the new one. They weren't able to transfer everything to the new one. Then when I attached the keyboard which came with it, the new iMac would not recognize it.
