Finally buying an Mac it is worth every dollar , the picture quality the ease of learning it so very happy with it !

This would get 5 stars had I not returned it. The one flaw with the 21.5in Mac is the RAM cannot be upgraded post purchase. For that reason and that reason only I upgraded to the 27in with the same specs. You can always custom configure for more ram pre purchase but it is not cost effective.

I'm pretty happy with this Mac. The only thing I would say is at first I purchased an opened box one and it definitely had some issues. No matter how many times I wiped and reloaded it was completely dragging. Also when I install the virus protection I noticed it does slow down the Mac pretty significantly. Overall I use this for a lot of online work, some basic photo editing and video making. It does the job pretty well for my day to day tasks.

I was a Windows guy ever since I was old enough to use a computer, always thought about an  mac but was hesitant of the different operating system but went and purchased the  mac, and now I cant even stand the thought of using another Windows computer... the  mac gives reliability and fast access to programs and software. can't imagine using else, although pricey, it is a very good investment. Highly recommend the  mac computer.

Replaced 2012 iMac w 2020 iMac; Geek squad did a nice job transferring all the data from old iMac to new one; BB Sale price beat current Apple price; Bought Apple Care - now covers 3 years; gained lots of speed and storage capacity; minimal amount of trouble getting old time capsule linked to new iMac;

Still getting comfortable with my new iMac! I love the size of the screen and it seems easy to nagivate!

After using a 10 year old iMac I’ve enjoyed the quality screen and fast processor that this computer offers.

I've had several other Apple products but this is the first iMac and I am very satisfy with it. It works great so far with Apple latest OS. I thought of getting the larger display (27 inch) but once I got it home it was large enough for me. I highly recommend it for those you are thinking of getting an iMac, plus Bestbuy match the price so I brought it from them.

The speed of the computer is great and the apps are excellent. I enjoy the ease of use of the programs.

After trial and error, I purchased this new iMac and it is much faster than my 10 yo one. That computer was great for 10 years and I only changed to a new one because of some proprietary software that no longer was supported on the old one. I must say the Geek Squad has been wonderful help! There is nothing quite like the iMac. Glad I purchased a new one,

Decided to invest in upgrading my computer from an HP laptop to this iMac to be more comfortable WFH everyday. It runs perfectly, screen size is perfect and synchs with my other Apple products. Also, wireless mouse and keyboard worked for about a month without having to be recharged with me on it about 50 hours a week -- which isn't bad at all. Curbside pickup was very easy too. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

We love how it doesn’t take up much space, but is still a desk top computer.Apple has such wonderful products, protection, and help. Out last one lasted 10years, and was still going strong, but moving a bit slower. So we felt it was time to pass the old one to our teenage daughter, and upgrade the central computer in our home. A great decision!!!!
