We bought this for my wife . She has been using Windows for the past 20 + years . She was retiring and having to give up her company owned Windows Laptop. I suggested Apple because I switched from windows almost 10 years ago. I find I have less issues and lock ups with Apple . However my wife has been having to relearn some keyboard short cuts and misses the Office applications she had . So she is exploring the Apple programs to see if she can adapt . If not I told her they have Office for Mac that we could buy and install for her . I can help set up her new keyboard to react like a windows keyboard but I wish Apple had a box to check in System Preferences to make the Apple keyboard react like a windows keyboard would . Also Apple should include a CD/DVD read and write unit since it has eliminated it to have a thinner body . My wife wants to learn a language with Rosetta Stone so we had to buy a separate unit for her to be able to use the cds that come with it. Overall it is a great computer with a stunning display . We love to view our pictures and camera movies on the retina screen. If you've had Apple before you won't be disappointed . If your coming off Windows and using Apple for the first time , have patience and check online tutorials and you can make the transition with little to no problem .

This computer is really nice. Easy and simple to use. Both my parents can use this computer and they are both over the age of 50. If you are concerned that you won't be able to learn the system, I say you won't have any problems. Once you get used to the system it is easy and simple.

Love apple products! I have not had a new mac computer in ten years. After thinking about it for a while i decided to go go to best buy a new mac. Love love my computer!! Apple is a great product i am very happy with it. Great technology, graphics are amazing!

I love my Apple - 21.5 iMac® with Retina 4K display - Intel Core i5 (3.1GHz) - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver, it easy to use and I love the large screen, bright clear picture and colors, my photos and videos look crystal clear and vibrant, and text is razor sharp. I would recommend Apple iMac to everyone.

This is my first MAC and I am enjoying it. I have an iPad 2 and an iPhone 6s Plus also. I like syncing these up. My wife has a google laptop with google chrome and we both have been using windows the last few years. I have also owned a Samsung tablet and a Samsung android phone.

Get more done, faster with extreme processing speed. Perfect for heavy software like the Creative cloud. Each component is designed to anticipate your needs and it is not as difficult as you might think to transition from Windows to Mac. The resolution is so fine that I doubt my eyes will ever hurt from staring; to me it seems clearer than a real book.

Mac PC is a huge deviation from a Windows program but great. Easy to navigate and pretty to look at. It was recommended to me. I love it. Go for it!!! You'll love it too.

Had an 8 plus year old Windows machine that was just getting tired and wanted to try something new. I would recommend this iMAC 21.5 model (even with the standard 5400 rpm drive) to anyone looking for a fantastic machine. The 8GB of RAM is plenty more than enough for what the majority of users are going to use it for and the standard 1TB Hard Drive was more than enough to do anything with. I had read several reviews before buying this and had absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Stop reading all the reviews and get to the store and buy one already. Another nice thing with the 21.5 model is that it very nicely fits just about anywhere without being too large and looking out of place. It looked great and the 4K display was fantastic.

We recently replaced our older iMac and purchased a new iMac. We have had no problems and everything is so easy and the pictures and graphics are amazing. Our Best Buy experience was great and our sales associate was very knowledgeable. Even though we previously owned a Mac there were new changes that he guided us through, I would definitely recommend the iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch. Especially if you are tired of all those Screens of Death on Windows!

This Computer Is The Best Computer I Ever Owned I love It Almost As Much As My MacBook Pro I Previously Owned A Windows 10 Great Computer But It Didn't Compare With My IMac I Would Not Have Made The Purchase If Bestbuy had Not Had It On Sale I Wait Until They Go On Sale Besbuy Is A Great Place For Bargains I Keep A Check On My Wish List And When It Goes On Sale Bam I Hit The Buy Button I Really Like To Save Money!!

I've had my Mac now for over a year and I love it! It does everything I need and more!

Although it’s not perfect from an enterprise perspective, the 4K iMac is still nonetheless remarkable for combining a high quality Ultra HD screen with a fast and quiet computer in a compact, stylish package at a reasonable price. It’s not quite as good value if you need to add various extras - a Magic Trackpad 2, more memory, a faster quad core processor and a SSD or Fusion Drive or any combination therefore can quickly drive the price up to new heights. Still, with careful consideration and cost control the new 4K iMac certainly has a place in many workplaces.

This machine is fast; the display is AWESOME; it does everything you need it to do and it is so very easy to use. We bought two of these -- one for me to replace my MAC air 13 inch laptop -- that is why I got the new trackpad with mine -- couldn't use a mouse again. My wife went from 30 years of PC use and her learning curve was quick and steady. She loves her new MAC. These machines are outstanding and I highly recommend for all levels of user!!

My son and I love apple products. His love started with his first Apple phone and mine with my first iPad. He has had his eye on one of these for a few years. This desktop did not disappoint. So fast and easy to set up and the picture and speed is phenomenal. He loves it and it's sleek design. It is the best and Best Buy was so helpful in getting us the perfect one.

So easy to set up. LOVED getting rid of all the cords from my old PC. Can be a bit difficult to transfer files from an old PC without wifi. Beautiful display. I'm loving the interactivity with my iPhone and iPad. I'm not a techie. I use my desktop for basic stuff: surfing the web, watching videos, paying bills, filing taxes. Nothing fancy. I know this iMac can do so much more. But I have very little patience with poorly functioning computers so it saves my sanity and that makes me very happy. I'm also a neat freak who loves organization and the simplicity of it is fantastic. I was even impressed with the packaging. There were 4 things in the box! Truly. The only cord was a charging cord for the mouse and keyboard. It comes with a tiny accordion style booklet start up guide. So easy. I also treated myself to a new modem/router and wireless printer. Everything is working seamlessly. My only regret is not getting rid of my old PC sooner. It is a little more expensive but well worth it!

I chose to purchase this Apple computer because I was told that it has a lot of great functions and programs that are simple to use. I agree that Apple has a very user friendly interface, but it does take some getting used to if you're used to using other PC formats like Windows. I'm still figuring out settings at times, but that is because I am not a daily user. I've had this product for almost a year and I really am glad that I bought it. I love that it has such a large and beautiful display, yet still fits in my tiny little niche of an office space in my room because of its slim and wireless design! Many programs and apps to choose from that helped me transition between, MS Office on my Windows laptop and Apple, and even my android phone, tho I'm still trying to figure out the best way to back up all of my files from all operating systems onto my external hard drives. Overall good buy since ease of use and quality are important to me.
