I don't see much of a difference between a regular iPad and the pro. Even the best buy people said there wasn't much. The only difference is the use of the pen. I have found uses for the pen as I have had to sketch simple plans for a few clients recently. It was very helpful to have the ruler option and pen in the Notes app to do this. But most everyone will be happy saving money and not going pro. The pen since it is Bluetooth drains the battery faster than a regular iPad without one

Great tablet... purchased open box. Have had no problems at all. Alas... 20 days after purchasing, Best Buy dropped the price. A visit to the store's customer service dept. got a disinterested representative who stated their price policy and that even if her manager would do something, because it was purchased on-line it would have to be returned. Whatever that meant. Walked away with bad experience.

First apple product. Wish Best Buy would provide courtesy classes. Not keen on how the stylus works/writes. Lots of options to learn. Impressed with battery life.

This iPad Pro has effectively replaced my laptop and is more versatile than I had expected. Paired this with a Bluetooth back-lit keyboard case and is phenomenal.

I don't see too much change or improvement over my ipad that I got in 2012. The accessories that you have to buy after you pay for the product are super expensive.

WYSIWYG, not much new with this one, it replaces my air. the display is similar, camera has better resolution. I live in the apple universe so it works for me

I purchased this item for my 86-year-old mother. She is slowly but surely becoming acquainted with it. Each time she uses it becomes easier and easier for her.

The iPad is a good tablet, but the essential features are available from other manufacturers for a much lower price.

Good product. Does what I need it to. Great bright display. I wish that Apple made their keyboard for it a little better. Not a fan of it. Love the pencil though.

I think it's a good investment for school. Admittedly like all Apple products, you're going to be paying a premium, but it's a beautiful piece of hardware.

I purchased this as an upgrade from my ipad air however i ended up returning it within 30 days due to the poor battery life. I went from a tablet that i didn't have to charge for a few days to something that burns through battery in under a day. EVERYTHING else about the ipad pro was amazing, the speed, the pencil everything. I'm just going to wait until they work out this battery problem...

I had to change the ipad pro because my wife did not like the color and get the correct discounts on the printer I also purchased. The staff were very supportive

Ok tablet. I think it is pretty limited though compared to an Android. Also I thought the battery would be better. Mine loses about 5-10% of the batter a night

I purchased this I pad pro but it only lasted for couple of weeks, then the screen turn dark by itself. I exchanged it with another size I pad pro.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out the ipad price was reduced by $100. It was a graduation gift and her words were, "This present is awesome."

OpenBox product arrived in good conditions, all pieces included in the box are the same explained in the product description. Until now, seems that works well.

I purchased this originally for my mom and returned it for exactly the same thing + Cellular. If it had cellular then it would be 5. I love it other than that.

Overall this item is great. Had a few issues with the first one that I received, but I was able to return it without any issues and now it works great.

I love everything about the iPad Pro except for lack of USB port or memory card. Got it on a great post Black Friday sale so it was reasonably priced.

The accessories are what really makes this pro amazing. But since you can't use the pencil and keyboard on the non pro models...the pro is a winner!
