Apple really got it right here. The clarity is excellent, the processor is speedy, and the 9.7 is the perfect size. Like the original iPad it's a limited laptop replacement, to say the least; but you can do a lot with it all the same. While much more expensive than the Air 2, I submit you get your money's worth and then some. If you want an iPad the combination of form factor, utility, battery life and power make this THE choice.

Love this newIPAD so much I purchased a second one for my son.

Expected the latest iPad Pro to be fast but it is sometimes slow and even freeze so need to do a hard reset!

I HAVE BEEN UNSATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AS THE BATTERY LIFE IS DECREASING FAST!

I was a little hesitant at purchasing the new iPad Pro. However after having it for a week I feel I made the right decision. The four speakers produce phenomenal sound that blows away the iPad air. The screen is beautiful. And I have definitely noticed an increase in browsing speed compared to my iPad air. I actually placed them next week shoulder and browsed certain websites and you could really see the speed and difference.

The iPad wi fi keeps going in and out. Sometimes it woks great. Other times I can not get on line.

IPad Pro became very warm while using, screen cracked. Returned to best buy and they could/would not repair nor exchange. It completely quit working later the same day. Expansive item, hadn't made first payment and they said find an Apple Store. Unfortunately Hurricane Irma has delayed finding a store.

Need to only use while plugged in because it does not keep a charge.

Freezes, does not respond to touch. Not what I expect from an iPad.

Lot of apps I use on my windows powered tab is not working on this.

the ipad hangs occasionally on display and requires a reboot.

Well as owners of the IPad 2, IPad 4, iPad Air 1 and 2 and now the iPad Pro 9.7 128GB Rose Gold. I appreciate the new color option. I feel strongly that the 128GB configuration is a sweet spot. I think it gives you more than enough memory to store a large photo and music library and still have room for video intensive applications. The finger print scanner is sensitive until I place an otter box case and then it becomes a bit more problematic especially with the latest iOS update. The screen fluidity and improved graphics are all noticeable over my prior iPad devices. The weight and thinness are all fantastic until I put that super heavy and thick otter box case but I want the protection. But the real kicker is the FOUR speaker system which again is a fantastic improvement and allows very loud and clear playback from games, movies, videos and music without the need for additional speakers when using for personal listening or even to play in an enclosed room for company. Great device with faster response time and great touch response.

I'm really wondering why the Best Buy website in Meriden said the iPad Pro was available in store and when I got there they were sold out so I ordered it online and the employee at Best Buy said it was a 2 day shipping but it's going to take 5 days

The 9.7 inch iPad Pro is an excellent upgrade from a previous iPad. The screen is phenomenal. The new True Tone that adjusts the display to the environment makes the screen so much more pleasant to look at. It seems like it wouldn't make a big difference until you try it, but it really is terrific. The device is light, speedy and can handle anything I throw at it. If you absolutely must take photographs on your tablet, this is the one to use. The camera is excellent. The speakers are also very good, and significantly upgraded from past iPads. They rival high end laptop speakers. I also obtained the smart keyboard and it is not bad at all for a smaller keyboard. Sure it is a compromise, but it works. I am not much of a pen and paper guy, so no Apple pen for me, but I hear that is terrific also. If you are looking to replace a laptop for day to day work, I still wouldn't recommend the Pro, but as a travel computer and consumption device it is second to none.

Absolutely love my new rose gold iPad Pro 9.7". Previously I had an iPad 2, which still worked perfectly fine, but decided to trade it in because I needed more storage for work related files. Best Buy always has the best trade in deals and make the process simple! So happy with my purchase.... Its so easy to use, battery life is amazing, love the color, and it's so light and easy to hold in your hand.

Not even 2 weeks old and had to be sent in for service, spent almost 4 hours on the phone to get Apple too send a call tag!!! I will avoid Apple products again if I have a choice!!

I was more unhappy with return policy! I was one day to late to exchange it and they didn't let me!! So i saved all year for an item i am not happy with! Thanks Best Buy!!!

I waited to buy a new IPad until it went on sale. It was hard to wait! Love my new Rose Gold IPad...128GB. I had the old IPad 3 with 32GB, but the storage just wasn't enough. 64GB would have probably been ok, but that wasn't available. Love the 4 speakers for great sound. Takes great pictures and editing. Just be careful when you buy what is called a case for the Pro, but the case covers the speakers, also get one with the magnetic on/off when closing the cover. I missed both of these items when I bought a case at Best Buy....way to expensive at Best Buy?

The screen is so warm, it is almost yellow when the background is white. So disappointed at this iPad. I wish BestBuy can replace a new one for me.

Tablet would load very slowly and drop WiFi connectivity seemingly every few minutes, even when I was within close proximity of my router.
