I bought an iPad from Best Buy online, and they sent the wrong charging cord. When I contacted customer service, instead of just sending the correct one, they told me I had to either return the whole iPad or go to the store to replace the cord.
So I went to Best Buy Southaven, and what did they offer me? A used, dirty white cord pulled from deep under the counter—not even new and definitely not what I paid for.
Meanwhile, I’ve read other reviews where people had this same issue and were just sent a brand-new correct cord, no problem. So why am I being treated differently?
This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. I expected better from Best Buy.

I ordered this iPad from the geek squad refurbished it was supposed to be i256 GB. It was a birthday present for my girlfriend. It was a few days after we received it before she opened it and she was using it and all of a sudden it said the memory was full so I happened to look at it and it came in a 64 GB instead of a 256. I was able to return it back to the store and get a credit and I purchased another one. make sure you check them out everything they send you. It had a big sticker on the back of it and said it was 64 that I missed. Bad me.
