The earphones I received have been opened. There are many scratches inside. There is no manual. New earphones should have a new plastic cover, but this one does not have one.

Bought refurbished, just fyi they came used with ear wax already on it so i had to deep clean before use. Gross! Battery life is more than 6 hours I think. Not too bad.

Noise cancelling is the best and main feature I wanted! Battery life is a plus to be so small it takes little to no time to charge and the charge lasts up to 3 days without being charged again!
