    I received the product and it worked fine until you have 10 or more devices connected, then it just randomly drops your connection and you can not reconnect without reebooting the device. New, I am sure the product is fine, but it is refurbished for a reason. They probably tested 1 device and said all is good. You have to put a load on it to see the results.

    Item worked as reported but was hoping for a little more coverage, had an airport express previously to ordering this AirPort Extreme and coverage was pretty much the same- we did turn our express into a network extender, so it wasn't a total loss and still got extended coverage, glad I bought refurbished and paid about half price though
