Locked to someone else’s Icloud

Inordered this Macbook and was so excited to get my item. On the day of delivery I attempted to setup but it was locked to someone else icloud. Took it back to Best Buy and they could not fix the issue. After waiting for almost a week; so disappointed and their customer service at the Flushing location is horrible. Will never deal with them again
