They were still set up from the previous owners (driven by WiFi, not Blue Tooth) and when I called BestBuy for assistance, they wanted $149 to help me. Eventually I figured out how to reset them but never could get them to work so I returned them. I guessing they were returned because they didn't work from the beginning - far from certified. I purchased two new Apple HomePod Minis and they immediately set up.
