This is my second iPad. An upgrade from the original. Love the resolution and how thin the device is.

While you will always pay the Apple tax for their devices, this generation of iPads are well built and powerful. My one word of warning, make sure you get something larger than 16GB. Upon setup you will have only 11-12Gb free for your own use.

iPad 2 just gave out after 3 years. Needed replacement so went with the latest, camera 100 times better

I owned the first three iPads and this is the first one I have purchased since then. Needless to say, it's a great improvement over the model I was using before and it's the new standard for the tablet market. Blazing fast, beautiful screen and body, and of course an entire ecosystem of useful apps.

I found it extremely easy to transfer all my info and apps to the new iPad Air 2. It responds quickly and has a nice, clear display. I'm still experimenting with its capabilities. I've been told that I really want to lock it with my fingerprint, which I plan on doing soon. It did take a bit to find a case-protector that I love as the product is so new, so keep looking, they are out there. I like that the apple products are well-protected from worms, Trojans, viruses, and so on. I would definitely buy it again.

I upgraded from a mini and am not disappointed. Beautiful clarity and resolution. Wonderfully fast.
